Terms and Conditions
Payment
The amount for every product is due at the beginning of period with costs.
All price statements includes VAT.
Payment period is 30 days net. After time allowed for payment and a single admontion, we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the service in question.
Cancellation
If you have no more need for a service, we kindly ask you to cancel it by means of a short notice per e-mail or letter 30 days before end of subscription period. Apart from that, we assume that you want to use your service further on and we will send an invoice for the next subscription period.
Usage Terms
It's explicitly not allowed to use our services for illegal distribution of copyright protected work or illegal content. Also you may not derogate other users or computer systems by means of hacking, spam distribution, etc. If we detect such a misuse, the service in question will be deactivated.

We won't take responsibility for any damages or harms caused directly or indirectly by use of our products.
Please be aware that we cannot provide individual support for free of charge products due to cost and time restrictions. But of course, we will trace issues we get via e-mail or contact form.
