You can access the information directly where an internet connection is available, either using the web application or with one of the supported applications like Thunderbird / Lightning, Outlook (with iCal4OL connector) or built-in Mail, Addressbook and Calendar applications on a Mac Computer.

Of course, information may be synchronized with your smartphone or tablet (iOS and Android devices) to access your appointments and contacts from abroad.
